The Company
Our client is a leading provider of audiovisual digitization and archive management services. Operating on a global scale, this European based organisation has been doubling in size every two years - and is anticipating rapid increases in growth through 2018/19.
Businesses within broadcast & media, research and education, all sit within our clients typical customer-base; along with governmental, international, cultural and NGO/NPO organisations, benefiting from our client's audiovisual archiving solutions.
The Role
In this newly created role, you would be responsible for our client's expansion across Europe - and longer term, worldwide. You’ll be: identifying new commercial leads and opportunities, developing and executing strategies to gain new clients, writing bid offers, managing public sector tenders, and representing the business at fairs, conventions and business events. An existing contact database will be available, but the focus is on engaging with new markets and organisations in this revenue-generated, targeted role.
This will be a full time, fixed contact employment structure. Your location can be flexible anywhere throughout the UK, Brussels, the Netherlands or Germany; with an expectation on you to travel throughout Europe as you develop your network and commercial relationships.
The Person
You’ve worked within the broadcast sector and can demonstrate successes in selling to broadcast end users.
experienced is selling Media Management Service with proven ability to deliver revenue results, adapt quickly and be flexible in your approach.
You’re familiar with operating in the public sector - managing bids and tenders through to completion. Relationships developed through your career to-date mean you also have an established, strong European broadcast network; the ability to speak German or other European languages would also be beneficial.
Overall you’re a motivated person, results orientated and capable of working successfully with other people while responsibly representing the brand in all interactions.
