Customer Support Manager - Broadcast Products - UK
A large, growing, successful manufacturer in broadcast technologies is looking for a Customer Support Manager to drive and engage with customer service and deliver change and improvement in a fast paced, project driven environment.
You will be responsible for running a team of five engineers based across two sites in the UK, customer engagement and SLA's, providing hands on solutions for various challenges which come up in customer support. Your day-to-day will consist of managing data from the main CRM and managing these task with your team. There will also be an element of change management which will require strong team integration and communication.
The successful candidate for this role would be driven, energetic, dynamic and an engaging leader. You will have a lot of flexibility and be able to deal with varying and different challenges from day-to-day. You will also have strong customer facing experience in a support function. This Broadcast Manufacturer's core market is in Live/OB production, therefore an understanding and experience of this customer base would be preferable.
Ideally you will have experience working with RF and Wireless communication devices within a video and broadcast production environment.
